very good service from the hotel. Gave us number to af perfekt lokal taxidriver, helped us with ordering food at nice takeaway restaurant - very helpfull all the way. Perfekt with a tub in the room... nice to come home to after a long day.

The hotel was right beside the highway, so it was no go to go to the nearest restaurant or gasstation. A little sad, that everything had to be by car.

Breakfast buffet

Staff tried to overcharge me. I booked at $79.99 and he tried to charge me 89.99. When I questioned the charge he blamed it on a poor FAX machine.

The hotel was well-equipped for short visits. The location in a shopping area was magnificent. There were shopping areas and a supermarket nearby.

The hotel was close to I-79. The reception staff member who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. He kindly found us another room when the first one we were sent to was very noisy. He also recommended places for us to eat when asked for that info. We loved how dark the room was for sleeping - the rooms backed onto a steep hillside - no neon signs (or other bright lights) in sight! Yeah!!

The first room we were sent to was right where noisy vending machines were placed. The second room obviously had not been cleaned in places - there was a used bath towel hanging on the coat rack beside the ironing board and there was a used plastic cup sitting on the hair-dryer in bathroom. The bathroom sink was not properly cleaned - the drainage pipe had residue that was very easily removed when I tried to do the job myself with tissues! The attendant who checked us out in the morning could have been a little more pleasant and amicable.

did not like the lack of designated smoking area. No place for smokers to sit or even dispense ciggarettes outside of hotel. Had to put butts on the ground or pick up and look for trash cans.

Enjoyed having a room with a bathtub, and the staff here were really friendly. They even had a shuttle that took us to and from the park 🚐.

Highly recommend this place, our stay was super cozy. The rooms are modern and shiny, with a fridge and even a hot tub included.🛁 Plus, the restaurant serves up delicious local dishes.

The person at the desk (Patty) was an absolute jewel. She representated your organization like I wish my employees had. Were we still in business, I would do my best to hire her away from you.
